Our items are described as clearly and honestly as possible. Please note that many of our products (especially crystals) are natural and may vary in colour, shape, or pattern.

Pricing

All prices are listed in euro and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors without notice.

Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If, for any reason, we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s trusted providers. We do not store your payment information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, branding, and product descriptions, belongs to Emerald and Earth. Reproduction or use without permission is not allowed.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses related to our products or services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
