Shipping policy

At Emerald and Earth, we aim to ship your orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Every parcel is packed with care and intention.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days, unless otherwise stated. During busy times or product launches, dispatch may take a little longer. If there’s any delay, we’ll let you know.

Shipping Within Ireland

We use An Post and other reliable couriers for domestic delivery.
Standard delivery time is usually 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary depending on location, but usually take 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Occasionally, we may run free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please email hello@emeraldandearth.com. We’ll do everything we can to help.
Please allow up to 15 working days for international deliveries before reporting an item as lost.
