Do your crystals come cleansed and charged?
Yes, absolutely. Every crystal is energetically cleansed before it’s sent to you using moonlight, sound, and good intentions. We treat them like the sacred tools they are. You can still give them your own energy bath when they arrive, but know they’re sent with love and purpose.
I’m new to crystals. Where should I start?
We’ve got you. Start with what calls to you, not what the internet tells you that you should get. That said, Clear Quartz, Amethyst, and Malachite are powerful starters and customer favourites for a reason. Keep an eye out for our beginner kits, rituals, and guides. We’re here to walk with you.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your parcel leaves our hands and is on its way to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If your country isn’t showing at checkout, email us at hello@emeraldandearth.com and we’ll do our best to make magic happen.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery as long as they are in perfect, unused condition. Crystals, journals, and intention kits must be unopened and handled with care.

Please note: Due to the energetic nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on spiritually used items. Thank you for understanding.
I downloaded a digital product but can’t find it. What do I do?
Check your email, including spam, junk, and promotions folders for your download link. If it’s still missing, email us at hello@emeraldandearth.com and we’ll make sure it reaches you.
Do you offer wholesale or collaborations?
